Wander Fit Training

Have you wanted to take on a multi-sport fitness challenge like a duathlon or triathlon? Do you dream of climbing a peak, like Half Dome (USA) or Mt. Kilimanjaro (Tanzania)? Perhaps you would like to try a marathon, learn to surf, or hike and camp on the Inca trail. 


Custom Fit Training

We can create a personalized plan for you that includes any of the following:

  • Training and workout schedule
  • Nutrition guidelines and planning
  • Knowledge and guidance
  • Accountability, motivation, and support
  • Join you on the event and complete it with you


Group Training

Are you are interested in working with a group? We regularly run Terra Fit groups that focus on fitness and nutrition. You will be part of a 5 person group for support and accountability. You can track your progress and goals and even have a chance to win cash and prizes.
