Fit challenges are meant to expand your horizons, allow you and your friends to try new adventures, and of course, have some amazing FUN. They can be for adventures you want to try, a chance to introduce health activities to friends, or a fund raising event. They can be a short introduction lesson, a daily challenge for a month, or training for a long term goal.
