Fitness and Adventure in Ecuador

Are you ready for an experience like nothing else? Get ready to experience the most fun, active, and healthy international trip that you've ever been on. You'll be getting fit, eating clean, meeting locals, learning new skills ... and you'll also be enjoying a perfect beach setting at a luxury resort.

 

Lodging

We'll be staying at a luxury private resort home. It has 24 hr staff onsite, a pool, and is just steps from the beach and ocean.

 

Meals

Mostly organic and local ingredients will be our nutrition energy source for food. Some delicious examples of options include: broccoli quinoa burritos, strawberry papaya guacamole, chickpea salad sandwiches, and local fruit smoothies.

 

Adventures

This Fit Trip will absolutely include health, fitness, and nutrition sessions. These potentially will involve hiking, yoga, high intensity workouts, boot camp workouts, TRX training, local tours, as well as fitness and nutrition education classes.

We are also planning:

  • Surf lessons, equipment, rash guards, and surfboard
  • Daily fitness / yoga

  • Mangrove Swamp Tour
  • SUP / Paddleboard
